Mutual recognition of RCNA international standard by the European schemes GMP+ international, OVOCOM, QS, AIC
Since the 1st January 2018, there was a temporary mutual recognition with OQUALIM.
Since 1er janvier 2021, the mutual recognition will be definitive between OQUALIM et AIC, GMP+ International, OVOCOM et QS. The mutual agreements between the 4 scheme holders and OQUALIM will be finalized shortly and will be valid for a period of 3 years.
RCNA international : One certification standard recognized by four european schemes
To benefit to the mutual recognition with the European schemes GMP+, OVOCOM, QS and AIC, with one certification, the RCNA certified sites must follows the version of Appendix 1 without purchasing from suppliers certified under the French certification standard for suppliers of feed materials (RCF) and the system of one unannounced audit per cycle.
The companies which are certified according to these requirements will obtain a RCNA certificate with the mention “International” and will be recognized as equivalent to the precited European schemes.

STNO recognition by VLOG
Since the 3rd June 2019, a mutual recognition is established between STNO and VLOG standards..
The common agreement regarding this mutual recognition is available below.
Recognition between GMP+ FRA MI 105 et OQUALIM STNO modules as from 1st of January 2021
GMP+ International and OQUALIM finalized an agreement of mutual recognition of their “GMO free” modules combined to a feed safety certification against their schemes or schemes in mutual recognition for the following scopes.
- Production and placing on the market of compound feed, mineral feed, liquid feed and milk replacers.
- Distribution and trade of compound feed, mineral feed, liquid feed and milk replacers or Distribution of feed materials for animal feed. Distribution and trade of feed materials must always be combined with a manufacturing or distribution activity for compound feed.
